Just Love - A Loving Way To Be Meditation

Be Love. Give Love. Receive Love. Repeat.

Take a deep breath in. Take a deep breath out. While taking the next breath in… breathe in love. Breathe out love on the exhale.

Imagine coming from a place of love in all situations. How might you respond to life if all of your available responses came from love? Imagine that all there is is love and nothing else exists.

Think of a situation that you have a difficult time responding to with love. Think of how you have been responding to it.

Now imagine those responses flowing away from you. Push it away with love. Bring it back with Love. Breathe in Love. Breathe out Love. Breathe love into this situation. Breathe love out of this situation. Breathe love around the situation.

Imagine a more loving way to be. Imagine a more loving way to respond. Even if you can’t picture it exactly, just imagine the perfect loving response flowing towards you, flowing towards your heart and flowing all around you.

You don’t have to have the answers right now. You just need to be open to love and allow it to flow through you.

Breathe in Love. Breathe out Love.
